1. $20 MINIMUM order requirement (not including shipping!). If your shopping cart is less than $20 and you pay for it anyway, we will refund your money LESS the paypal transaction fee. so pleeeeeease don't waste our time, AND your money!
2. Bails are NOT INDIVIDUALLY SOLD! you MUST buy a crystal of the corresponding size to be able to purchase the bails. we have a one bail, one crystal policy here :]
3. Nooooooooo restrictions on the crystals! sooo feel free to go crystal crazy LOL. BASICALLY if you want to buy a bail, you MUST buy a crystal. buuut if you want to buy a crystal, you don't have to buy the bail!
4. Please browse the FAQ for shipping info and fees. Standard shipping does not include tracking and insurance. 23 Crystals will not be held liable for packages lost in the mail. Please email us if you want tracking and insurance added for an extra fee.
